90 minutes of challenging yet fulfilling Mixed style of Yoga experience by one of Sri Lanka’s finest Yoga teachers.
This class will give you everything you need to feel energized & accomplished in Peak Pose Classes (Mostly You get to choose the Asana you would like to perform and the teacher will guide you towards the pose with the correct techniques, warmups & practices in a group class set up)
The class will on some days make you feel completely restorative, calm and relaxed (At least once a month, the teacher will rejuvenate you with a full Yin Yoga sequence throughout the 90 mins followed by deep meditation and Kundalini mantra chanting)
The class can take you into experiencing Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series as well as Tabata Yoga on selected days of the month.
The class will guide you towards a personal home practice with minute detail into technique in a fun, methodical way.
