Myrus Fitness Head Coach Sripali Weerakkody brings her knowledge and expertise of 16 years as an International Athlete to the forefront when coaching her female fitness clients. Taking into consideration the hormonal imbalances, stress levels, and fat percentage of each member and creating individualized programs to best suit each of them. Most women members find it easy to adapt to their fitness goals and within weeks find that they are getting closer to their wellness target under the expert guidance of their female coach.
