MYRUS FITNESS FOR ALL
We combine disciplines such as High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Functional Fitness, Strength and Conditioning, Cardio, Special Workshops for Abs, Tabata workouts, etc towards achieving individual goals such as Fat Loss and regaining lost strength back and sculpting & toning the body and most importantly to relieve stress.
Anyone over 13 years of age is welcome to join these sessions as the qualified coaches will be there to guide each member in a group setting. This is a unique trait of Myrus Fitness. The Myrus Fitness Arena is not just a ‘‘gym’ with a set of machines at your disposal. It is a haven of healing, camaraderie, and friendship and a place of 100% human & humane interaction.
Functional Fitness sessions are on all Weekdays 7 – 8 am | 8 to 9 am | 6 – 7 pm and on weekends from 8.30 to 9.30 am
Strength & Conditioning Sessions are on all weekdays from 7 – 8 pm
500 Abs Workshops are on all Sundays from 10 – 11 am
