Warm up your spine

Before you attempt Yoga, make sure you warm up your spine with the following stretches. You can do these 6 exercises standing, on all fours or even seated. These six warm up exercises are the directions that your spine can move aiding in fat loss and overall health in body and mind.

  • Lateral Stretches
